Week 1

Welcome! This week is about getting started on the Summer in 6 journey and assessing where we are at, so we can figure out where we want to go. We will set goals, identify success and much more!

Week 2

This week is all about our routine. I talk about how important routines are for our mental health. It may sound super basic, but there is serious weight to this topic.

Week 3

This week is 1/2 way! I'll guide you through a midpoint check-in along with one of my favorite tools for inner wellness: the strategy of disengaging.

This week I'll guide you through being proactive instead of reactive, determining triggers that might throw you off course, and tapping into that mindset of motivation to keep you going far past this 6-week workshop.

Week 5

This week is about letting go of unhelpful thoughts we all have from time to time. We work so hard physically, yet we can still be tough on ourselves mentally. This week is about recognising how strong and awesome you really are and letting go of anything that says otherwise.

As we conclude the workshop this week, we wrap things up by assessing the goals we initially set, our progress,  accomplishments, and how to keep moving forward this summer.
