Ritual Reset is a 7-week guide offering transformational tools, encouragement, guidance, and motivation to help you clear blocks and obstacles, identify clear goals, and create daily habits that support overall well-being and improve your life on all levels. My goal:

My goal, as your coach, is to support, assist, and cheer you on towards a life changing transformation. Your success is my success. This course will give you the tools you need to break barriers and limits, unleash your inner passion, creativity, and zest for life. I hope and pray this course will bring you closer to God, which in turn, will unlock your unlimited potential, energy, and power in life.

Is This Course For You?

Life is unpredictable and oftentimes, hard on us. You’ve been through a lot. Perhaps a traumatic experience, that’s left deep, inner wounds or perhaps, you have a really blessed and great life, but feel mentally and emotionally drained. You feel like something is missing and often wonder if this is all there is. You spend time searching for what it is that you have to offer this world and what your true purpose is.

  • From the outside looking in, you have it all, yet you still feel an emptiness, even a sadness at times. 
  • The depression fog visits often. 
  • You feel stagnant in areas of your life, and it’s hard to make progress.

  • You often make to-do lists that carry over from week to week, which only demotivates you more.

  • Your self-confidence is there but is being drowned out by the voices in your head saying things like, “You don’t know enough, you’re not talented, you’re just average."

Guess what? This was me. I just described my past self.

But let me just say…there is a silver lining. There is an opportunity for a life changing paradigm shift.   

When we get to the point where we are sick and tired of being discontented,
unhappy and unfulfilled, we often will decide it’s time to make a change. 
We come to a fork in the road and ask ourselves, “Which way do I go?” 
It will be one of two places. 

The familiar path of least resistance.
Yeah, it’s easier, but it won’t produce any benefit or growth. It will produce simply more of the same. More of what you already have. And if that was okay, you wouldn’t still be reading this.


The new path. The path of shedding negative thought patterns.  The path of unraveling all the layers of that complex ball of yarn that represents years of life experiences. Yes, this will be work, but it will be the most rewarding work you ever do, because it will allow you to grow and evolve into the person God made you to be.

The Life Changing Journal

A guided journal (written by me) that is centered around growth-based rituals. This journal will be one of your main tools during this course.

Facebook Group

Access to a private Ritual Reset Facebook Group. This group will be comprised of other people who are currently taking part in the course or who have taken the course in the past. Here I’ll answer questions, post videos, share my favorite motivational/self-help resources, and have group discussions. *This group is not something you have to participate in. The FB group is available for you to join for extra support and encouragement.

Weekly Guidance

7 recorded talks sent directly to your email. During these talks, I will provide the topic/focus for the week. I’ll also share my own personal stories and experiences as it relates, and what I’ve learned along the way. I will go over exercises/challenges that may be assigned for the week. This is my way to provide support and guidance to you.

Weekly Motivation

Each week you will receive 2 emails (M, F) with motivation from me, along with journal prompts. These emails will help to guide, encourage, and keep you focused on the Ritual Reset path.  

Easy Access  

Any and all worksheets needed for the course. A PDF will be sent directly to your email, so you can simply download and print.  

Life Coaching  

A mid-point, one-on-one Life Coaching call (30-60min.) between weeks 2-4 of your Ritual Reset program. These calls are not mandatory but are offered if you would like extra, individualized support from me. These calls will be made via Zoom and are set up to fit both of our schedules. There is no additional cost for this call. This is included in the price of the workshop.

What you can expect each week:

Oftentimes, our current mental state is the product of experiences built over months and even years. Our general mindset (how we feel on a daily basis) is what I like to call "the place we have set up camp". To begin,  we will figure out where you are camping, and how this aligns with your life values and goals. Then, we will determine where you want to go, which means goal setting!

   This week you will: 

  • Identify the place you have mentally "set up camp".
  • Assess and articulate your top five values.
  • Understand a growth mindset verses a fixed mindset.
  • Understand what neuroplasticity is and how it supports our inner growth.

  • Take inventory: what are your current daily rituals?
  • Address past blocks and obstacles. What's been holding you back?
  • Identify your source of motivation. What are you passionate about? This is important!
  • Identify one fear to face.
  • Identify and set 2-3 goals.

Mental health experts have stated this very fact. I agree 100%. When I started implementing positive and growth-based rituals every day, my life drastically improved for the better. We all have 24 hours in a day - how are you using them?

   This week you will:

  • Take a “routine inventory”. What are you doing each day to support your overall goals?

  • Identify things in your routine that are not supporting your overall goals.

  • Understand what a “growth-based ritual” (GBR) is.

  • Identify and understand the top 5 negative emotions that strip us of our life force and block our energy and full potential. This can often get in the  way of us having a productive routine.

  • I will share my top recommendations for routine success...they are simple!

  • Start implementing...small steps lead to big changes.

Our brains are not a muscle, but they perform like one. Meaning the more we use them and exercise them, the stronger they get. BUT... you must use and experience them in the RIGHT way. We CAN train our minds to work for us, not against us. The key to this is to become a master of your own mind! 

   This week you will:

  • Learn how to break negative thought patterns... even those you've have for years.
  • Understand the power of positive thinking.
  • Understand the power of surrendering to God, and the renewed energy that comes from this.
  • Learn about the power of leaning into your fear.
  • Learn about visualization and the science behind it. This is so awesome and so important!
  • Learn about the positive effects gratitude has on your brain and why you MUST develop an attitude of gratitude.
  • Be guided on some super simple, but super effective mind exercises.

It's no secret that when we move physically and exercise, we release hormones like serotonin and dopamine into our bloodstream that make us feel good and ALIVE. We have become a stagnant and sedentary society, thus leading to an increased rate of depression and anxiety. It is absolutely crucial to get moving if you want to achieve the best version of yourself.

   This week you will:

  • Learn about the direct connection between physical movement and mental health. 
  • Identify 2-3 exercises/workouts you like (yes, they are out there!).
  • Begin implementing an exercise program (again, that you like) or, learn how to up your game if you already have one to avoid plateauing.
  • Find an accountability partner.
  • Learn the mental trick to help you stay consistent, and on track.

Inevitably, when we decide to make a change and incorporate growth-based rituals, we will do great for a while and then old thought patterns and/or triggers will naturally arise. They don't have to derail us though! Staying on track doesn't mean, never having problems - it means having the right tools in your toolbox to pull out when the issues flare up.

   This week you will:

  • Identify the things that trigger you into negative behavior/thought patterns.
  • Come up with an action plan to combat these triggers.
  • Learn to be proactive, not reactive.
  • Learn how faith can heal triggers.
  • Learn and understand the power of writing things down. This is where you realize just how important journaling is!

Most of us know that what we put into our bodies has a direct effect on how we feel not only physically, but also mentally, emotionally, and even spiritually. To wrap up the course we will end with easy to implement suggestions for optimal nutrition. My husband Lindsey, who is a C.N. and N.D. will help with this as he is a true expert in this area with over 30 years of experience!

   This week you will:

  • Take inventory of your current diet and daily nutritional habits. What is good/working? What needs improvement?
  • Learn some basic and EASY ways to improve your nutrition.
  • Learn the connection between certain foods and how they affect us not only physically, but mentally.
  • Learn about 5 -10 supplements everyone should be taking.
  • Set 2 - 3 goals for improving nutrition.

It's my belief that we are never done improving ourselves. This only ends when we take our last breath. Often though, life gets in the way. We get so busy and preoccupied with taking care of others, that we forget about ourselves. As we end, you will be guided on making a commitment to YOURSELF to keep going and keep growing.

   This week you will:

  • Identify accomplishments 
  • Identify things you want to keep working towards.
  • Identify a fear you faced or began to face.
  • Find your life verse/quote.
  • Write out a commitment statement to yourself.

So, are you ready? All I ask is for two things: an open mind and a commitment to consistency. To grow and evolve, we must be open to new information and new pathways. We must be willing to try new things.
