FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $80

All U.S. orders totaling $80 or more, before tax, qualify for free shipping! Below, you will find some helpful information regarding our shipping policies. The free shipping is still our standard shipping time frame of up to 10-12 business days for processing.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Our business is located in Springfield, Ohio, USA. We ship Internationally to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom! All International packages will be shipped USPS First class Package International, FedEx or UPS. International shipping rates are based on the total weight of the order and the location.


EXPEDITED SHIPPING

For faster delivery with a guaranteed delivery date, we offer expedited shipping through FedEx and UPS at additional cost. All expedited orders received after 12pm EST will be processed and shipped the very next business day (Monday-Friday).

Please contact our Customer Service representatives prior to ordering if you have any questions or concerns. Please note that transit times for expedited shipping include business days only and do not include Saturday or Sunday.


SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY

We endeavor to ship all domestic orders within 10-12 business days of receipt, and all international orders within 2-3 business days of receipt. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights are rounded up to the next full pound. On rare occasions, the actual shipping and handling charge may differ slightly from the quoted charge.


LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES

Tattoos of My Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package has left our facility. Once the package leaves our facility, it has been moved to the responsibility of USPS, FedEx or UPS. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the corresponding mail delivery company.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only allowed on full-price items. Sale items are FINAL SALE. If you need to exchange your shirt for a different size, please make sure to leave a note in the package on what size you would like to exchange it for and mail it to:

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you get your item and it is damaged or defective, you must contact us with a picture of the damage within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include the design and damage in the picture(s). All damages are to be reviewed by a customer service team and once approved, a replacement can be sent.


RETURNS

Our return policy period lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the day you received your order, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Your return must be postmarked before the 30 day period ends or your return will not be processed. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are washed will not be exchanged or refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. This can be found in your e-mail confirmation.

*Unreturnable items: Gift cards, Sale Items, Journals that have been used, clearly worn/used clothing/apparel.
